Today’s post is the latest installation in our 2014 Google Cloud Platform Year in Review. Every day until January, we will be featuring a different Googler sharing their highlight from the past year in Cloud Platform.



My highlight was when our company Zync joined Google in late August. We've been busy at work bringing our technology to Google Cloud Platform and will have an exciting, scalable rendering solution to offer visual effects and animation studios in early 2015. I spent a great deal of time meeting with customers and spoke at our VFX rendering event in London in September where we heard about some of the great work Oscar winning studio Framestore was doing using our platform.
