Free yourself from your desk with the Google Cloud Console app
Thursday, September 10, 2015
Tired of feeling chained to your desk taking care of production servers and applications? Would you like more control over app versions and virtual machines from your phone? We’re announcing another major release of the Google Cloud Console app for
Android
and
iOS
to help you respond to incidents on the go and manage a greater number of Google Cloud Platform
services
.
In addition to receiving alerts to help you respond quickly to production issues, keeping track of your monthly spend, and managing Google App Engine and Google Compute Engine resources, you can now take care of Google Cloud Storage buckets, manage Google Cloud SQL instances, and even SSH into virtual machines. Here are a few details to help get you started:
Take advantage of our new Cloud Storage support to view exported billing history, logging data, or other important information you’ve stored. You can see all storage buckets, view folders in a bucket and view and download individual files.
Verify the health of Cloud SQL instances and view databases for Cloud SQL instances.
Seamlessly connect to Compute Engine virtual machines using SSH to perform an array of tasks, such as viewing and managing processes, editing files and managing software packages.
Please download Cloud Console for
Android
or
iOS
and share your feedback.
